ecomdash API

The ecomdash API allows third party software to integrate with the inventory management module of ecomdash.

CustomerEmail string Conditional This is used to search by the customer's billing email address. You must search by Date, OrderIds, or CustomerEmail.

LastModificationDate 		Conditional The type of date to use during date searches. It is required to pass in either DateType (with a valid date range) or OrderIdArray.
FromDate DateTime Conditional

The FromDate and ToDate fields specify a date range for retrieving orders. The FromDate field is the starting date range. The maximum date range that may be specified with the FromDate and ToDate fields is 5 days.

Required if OrderIdArray is missing.
ToDate DateTime Optional

The FromDate and ToDate fields specify a date range for retrieving orders. The ToDate field is the ending of the date range and defaults to the current DateTime if missing. The maximum date range that may be specified with the FromDate and ToDate fields is 5 days.

StorefrontOrderId (string) 		Optional

The type of the IDs represented by the OrderIdArray:

  • ecomdashId: The ID generated by ecomdash for the order
  • StorefrontOrderId: The order id assigned to the order by the storefront
  • StorefrontOrderNumber: The order number assigned to the order by the storefront

OrderIdArray string[] Conditional

An array of strings representing the OrderIds of orders being sought.

It is required to pass in either DateType (with a valid date range) or OrderIdArray.

Filter results based on the status of the order.

  • New: Unpaid orders
  • InProcess: Paid orders
  • Complete
  • Cancelled
StorefrontId integer Optional

Filter results based on the storefront it belongs to, you can find the StorefrontIds using the /Storefronts call.

OnlyNeedsFulfillment boolean Optional

If set to true, this parameter allows the caller to request only orders that still have items that need to be tied to shipments.

Default: false
IncludeCustomerInfo bool Optional

Flag to indicate if billing and shipping name and address information should be included in the results.

Default: false
IncludeLineItems bool Optional

Flag to indicate if order line item information should be included in the results.

Default: false

Response 403

If you have provided invalid subscription data, you will receive a 403 FORBIDDEN response. This will happen for the following reasons:

  • The "ecd-subscription-key" was missing or it not found in the ecomdash databases
  • The "ecd-subscription-key" was found, but the company attached to it does not have a current ecomdash subscription.
