Issues

  • Majority of POST Api Request Body examples are incorrect/still a template

The only endpoints with correct documentation as far as I can tell are: * Update Quantity On Hand * Get Sales Order by ID While the field specs are helpful, examples would be even better.

  • Search Orders ... error "Results must be filtered by a Date Range, Order Ids or by Customer Email.'"

Trying to use API's for the first time. When using "Search Sales Orders" API I get the error: "Results must be filtered by a Date Range, Order Ids or by Customer Email. I have tried a lot of variations for the parameters using date, order id and customer email but all give the same error. The syntax of the python scrips looks correct to me. File attached. Any ideas where the problem is?

  • shipments/create - POSTing an OrderId returns "Order with ID of 16911592 does not belong to requested company."

Upon further investigating the problem, I found that the order number in Ecomdash is now incremented by one (the new number is: 16911593) I also tested several others that were failing and it was the same issue. Any thoughts as why this would happen? Here is another Ecomdash order number with the same problem: 16854764

When trying to generate code via swagger I get an error. There seems to be an error in the '/product/getProductBalances' section due to an empty set of responses.

  • Is there an API to Update existing products?

I see there is an API to create a product, but it would be great if there was a similar API to update existing products.
